Order Your Exam Report Online
On the day of your Immigration Medical Exam, we provide you with a document with your case number (IME/UMI) to confirm you completed it. You are not required to purchase a copy of your report — but if you wish to, you can order one below. Applicable only if you completed your medical at this location.
Before ordering
Reports are generally filed by our panel physician directly to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada within 7–10 days following the date of your medical. You can order your report only once it has been submitted.
Purchasing your report is not required — Immigration will have the complete report sent to them directly. If any blood or x-ray results are abnormal, we will contact you to review.
We send your report via email as a password-secured PDF attachment 2–3 business days after ordering. Your password will be your IME/UMI number.
Please note: ordering your report before it has been submitted will result in a significant delay in processing time. We kindly ask that you wait 10 days following your medical before placing an order. You will need your IME/UMI case number during checkout.
